I created SP Virtual Assistant after e life events made me reflect on my life and the direction I was going. I realised that tomorrow isn't guaranteed for any of us and that niggling feeling that I wasn’t on the path I wanted to be grew within myself
Something had to change. I wanted to be creative, support and help other business owners coming from being a previous business owner and knowing how hard it is to juggle and keep all the plates spinning
I have always wanted to help others and do something that I felt had a purpose. I was also craving freedom, to live life on my terms whilst doing something I enjoyed.
Having worked in a variety of roles and sectors throughout my career to date, from the Hair and Beauty sector, for over 20 years, then moving to the NHS as a medical secretary and then the Gas sector, I thought about the tasks I enjoyed and had a natural flair for, and with a lot of research I created SP Virtual Assistant .
Who is SP Virtual?
I’m a self-employed professional you can work with, taking on the tasks you don’t have time for (or the desire to do!). My aim is to provide a meticulous service to my clients every time. I am a solution focused, dedicated, creative and highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and enjoy helping give business owners their time back to focus on the things that matter to them the most.
Being a business owner is hard, spinning all the plates all the time. I understand from being in business myself. I can help with some of those ‘plates’, taking care of those tasks you wish would take care of themselves - giving you valuable time back to focus on your business growth or that all important work/life balance.
Outside of work, I can usually be found spending time with my family and my spoilt dogs! I enjoy cooking, reading, and spending time in the gorgeous scenery around where I live, with the Peak District on my doorstep. I also enjoy quick work outs at my local independent gym, as well as taking time out to meditate, journal and work on my self.
