Secure dedicated time each month by booking a block of hours, starting from just 10 hours at £35 per hour. Pre-booked hours guarantee my availability and give you peace of mind that support is in place when you need it.

✨ Here’s how it works:

  • All hours are paid upfront.

  • I use time-tracking software, rounding to the nearest 15 minutes.

  • You’ll receive a weekly report showing exactly where your hours are going.

  • I’ll let you know if we’re approaching your retainer limit so you can decide whether to top up or pause any non-urgent tasks.

  • Invoices are sent out 7 days before the end of each month.

HOW IT WORKS 

My rates include time spent on the tasks, liaison with you the client, email or face to face meetings and including all initial briefings. Any additional costs incurred like stationary. postage and packaging will be charged in addition at cost price. 

I kindly ask that all of my clients complete the terms of business prior to working with me.

Payments are made electronically for example BACs within 7 days of any invoice issued. My standard hours are Monday to Thursday 8am- 4pm, Friday 8am-2pm. Any support needed outside of these hours or for urgent work will incur a premium on my standard hourly rates
